When we say No Monkey Business, we mean it. If we serviced your vehicle and something we did—or a product we used—doesn’t hold up, we’ll take care of it. Our guarantee covers the work listed on your invoice for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Just make sure your vehicle is kept in good shape with routine maintenance during that time.
We always keep it honest. While we do check for visible issues during service, we’re not a full diagnostic shop, and we don’t take anything apart unless you’ve approved it. If a problem wasn’t part of your service, wasn’t approved, or was worked on somewhere else afterward, it’s not covered. Also, our guarantee doesn’t cover things like lost time or towing. If you’re ever unsure—just ask us. We’re here to be transparent, not technical.
It’s easy. Just bring your vehicle and your original invoice back to our location. We’ll take a look at the issue, talk it through with you, and if it’s something we covered—we’ll make it right. We stand behind everything we do, and we want you driving away confident.
Between visits and feeling low on fluids? Stop in—we’ll top you off, free of charge. We’ll check and fill things like motor oil (up to 1 quart), windshield washer fluid, power steering, transmission, battery fluid, and even your tire pressure. No catch. No appointment. Just quick help to keep your vehicle running strong. (Antifreeze not included in the free refill program.)
